Cork Valve Lapping Machines GAKS-SPp for Precision Finishing of Conical Surfaces

Stands for lapping cork valves of GAKS-SPP type are designed for lapping conical surfaces of cork valves. The surfaces to be lapped: sealing surfaces of plugs and bodies of cork valves. Abrasive material used is abrasive paste. Lapping of conical sealing surfaces of cork valve bodies with their plugs is carried out in automatic mode by mutual lapping of mating surfaces. The principle of operation of the machine is based on the complex rotational and lifting movement of the lapped plugs relative to the stationary valve bodies.
