Description
The curd bath is the main element of the traditional curd production line. It is usually used in conjunction with press trolleys and other equipment to cool and press the finished curd. The curd bath is used in the dairy industry and is designed for heating normalised milk to the temperature of the introduction of starter, milk squashing in the process of formation, cooling of curd clot, to obtain curd from milk with subsequent separation of whey in the self-pressing bath. The curd bath is a container of semi-cylindrical shape, made of high quality stainless food grade steel AISI 304 with a heat-exchange jacket.
