Description
Cyclones-unloaders are designed for use on suction pneumatic installations. They are used at bread receiving and grain processing enterprises. The operation of cyclones-unloaders is as follows. The mixture of air with materials, getting with considerable speed into the inlet pipe tangentially to the cylindrical surface, acquires rotational motion. By developing centrifugal forces of inertia the material particles are pressed against the inner wall of the cyclone, under the action of gravity they slide downwards and are discharged outside through the inspection insert.
