Data Collection and Processing System for Mobile Audio-Video Recorders "Yupiter-VV" - Enhance Military Surveillance

The system is designed to collect and process data from mobile audio-video recorders (hereinafter referred to as video recorder), for synchronous audio-video recording of the situation in the area of action of servicemen (officers), with location fixation by GLONASS/GPS, in order to improve safety, efficiency and coordination of their actions, to form the evidence base of audio-video materials.
