Study of operating characteristics and methods of regulation of a direct current motor (DCT) of independent and parallel excitation. Construction of natural and artificial characteristics of the motor, the study of methods of motor control. Study of a DC generator of independent excitation. List of works performed: - Determination of moment of inertia and flywheel moment of the drive by free-running method- Experimental construction of magnetisation curve of DC machine (MPT) of independent excitation. Electromechanical constant of MPT. Experimental determination of the dependence of the no-load torque of MPT on the rotation speed- Investigation of natural and artificial mechanical and electromechanical characteristics of independently excited DCT in the motor mode- Speed regulation of independently excited DCT in the motor mode at anchor control- Speed regulation of independently excited DCT in the motor mode at pole control
