Oscilloscope digital is designed for the study of the form and measurement of amplitude and time parameters of electrical signals in two-channel mode in the frequency band: - from 0 to 500 MHz at an input impedance of 50 Ohm; - from 0 to 250 MHz at an input impedance of 1 MOhm; including designed for automatic measurement: - parameters of periodic single single rectangular pulses of positive and negative polarity (amplitude, pulse duration, edge, decline and period) in the [PRIBORES, "Pulse Meter"] mode; - time interval between synchronous periodic single rectangular video pulses of positive or/and negative polarity in the [PRIBORES, IVI] mode; - frequency, period and voltage of sinusoidal signals in the [DIMENSIONS, "Frequency meter"] mode; - phase difference of two synchronous sinusoidal signals and the ratio of their voltages in the [DIMENSIONS, "Phase difference meter"] mode; - non-linear distortions (harmonic coefficient) in the [DIMENSIONS, INI]
