Direct Laser Growth Machine for Small Parts - ILIST-M for Repair Applications

Created for direct laser growing of "small" products and repair laser cladding. 1500W fibre laser, powder feeder and single axis positioner. Manipulator-high-precision industrial robot.

Single axis positioner with load capacity up to 100kg. Growing products with diameter up to 600mm, height up to 400mm, weight up to 100kg. Continuous powder feeding with controlled mass flow rate, error not more than +/- 0.3 g/min.

Laser head with adjustable spot size provides high process stability. The roll width can be set in the range from 1 to 2.5 mm. A set of interchangeable powder nozzles providing a CMM of 60-80%.

Processing with "horizontal beam" is possible. Built on the basis of a fibre laser with maximum power up to 1.5 kW, which ensures absence of macro-defects at production rates up to 0.4 kg/h (on alloys with density ~8 g/cm3). Hermetically sealed cabin with protective argon atmosphere with oxygen content not exceeding 500ppm.
