Disc Valves ZD DN40 – 400 PN1 – 250 for Water and Gas Control

Disc butterfly valves are shut-off and regulating valves with a disc-shaped closing element. Steel and cast iron products allow to shut off and regulate the flow of water, gases, oils, fuels, petroleum products and other non-aggressive materials of the body. Body parts are made by casting from grey cast iron ??18, carbon steel 20L and in cold-resistant version from alloy steel 20GL.

Highly alloyed titanium-containing stainless steel 12?18?9?? is used for disc manufacturing, which is designed for many years of intensive operation. The disc design ensures high tightness and guarantees minimum torque.

The gate seat is made of rubber RTS-002 mchp, which guarantees excellent elasticity, reliable sealing, low friction, tight fit to the body and a long service life.
