Distal Femoral Pins for Intramedullary Osteosynthesis - Ø 10 mm, 280 mm Length

Application: for intramedullary osteosynthesis of fractures of the distal femur and fractures extending to the diaphysis. Shape - anatomically curved to the shape of the femur. Bend in the sagittal plane for the long version of the pin.

Design - separate for the right and left side. For static locking of the pin, locking screws with a diameter of 5 mm can be inserted in the condyle. For static locking of the pin with screws - 5 mm diameter locking screws can be inserted in the diaphyseal part.

For interfragmentary compression and dynamic blocking, an oblong blocking hole in the diaphyseal part is available for the long version. The distal end is conical in shape. This is a single use product, to be sterilised before use.
