Description

Machine A2-HPO/5 is designed for dividing dough into pieces. High productivity of the dough divider, 9-28 pcs./min for pieces weighing from 0.09 to 1.1 kg. Exchangeable unit with dosing piston forms two streams of dough pieces of small masses from 0.09 to 0.15 kg.

Pressure stabiliser to control the permissible dough loads. Automatic flour sprinkling of the dough pieces. Reliability and uninterrupted high performance is ensured by high technologies, tested at the factory during the production of the main products.
