Description

Testoraraskatovaya machine TRM-520 is designed for use in the kitchen of restaurants, cafes, canteens and any catering companies for rolling egg dough, dough for bakery products in order to facilitate the formation of crusts for cooking pizza, bread, pies, etc. with preserving the characteristics of the dough, as well as for the preparation of noodles width of 2, 4, 6 and 12 mm. depending on the used removable attachment noodle cutter.

The machine is controlled by an electromechanical panel. Rolling of dough is done manually by successive passing of the dough piece between the rollers and manually changing the thickness of rolling with a handle in the range of 0.1...10 mm.
