Drying Cabinet "Dachnik-4" for Home Use: Efficient Food Preservation

Electric cabinet "Dachnik-4" is designed for home preparation of fruits, vegetables, berries, mushrooms, herbs and other plant products by drying, as well as heating food and cooking dietary dishes.

The drying cabinet is designed as a floor standing unit. Inside the cabinet there are two sections with tubular radiators (electric heaters), which set a certain range of infrared radiation. Drying is fast despite the low temperature. The evaporation of moisture in the electric cabinets by means of infrared radiation preserves vitamins, trace elements, nutritional value and other important qualities, such as taste, colour and natural aroma, in the dried products as much as possible. Afterwards, it is sufficient to soak the dried product in warm water to restore its properties almost completely.
