Ducted Refrigerant Air Cooler Kanal-FKO for Efficient Cooling Solutions

The design of the air cooler provides installation of freon heat exchanger, drift eliminator and sump inside the housing. The cooler housing is made of galvanised steel. The Freon heat exchanger is made of staggered copper tubes with aluminium fins.

It differs from the water cooler by the design of the distribution unit ("spider") and the specifics of the refrigerant supply. Freon heat exchanger manifolds are made of copper tubes. Connection to the pipelines supplying the refrigerant is made by soldering.

Freon R22, R407C, R410A can be used as a refrigerant in direct cooling heat exchangers of duct coolers. Upon delivery, the heat exchangers are filled with inert gas, which must be removed when connecting to the refrigeration circuit. Droplet eliminators have a set of special plastic plates that effectively capture condensate and collect it in a tray, which is located in the lower part of the cooler body.
