Elastic terminal SKL-21

The SKL-21 elastic terminal is designed for use in rail fasteners of the SBS W21, SBS 300 UTS type on the tracks of urban rail transport.The terminal must comply with the requirements of technical specifications TU 25.94.12.142-001-66963875-2023 and drawing SKL-21.The products are manufactured by bending, subjected to heat treatment: hardening and tempering. The terminals are made of calibrated rolled 13 mm diameter steel of 40S2 grade according to STO 71915393-TU 249 and hot-rolled round 13 mm diameter steel of 38Si7 spring steel according to DIN EN 10089.
