Electric Baking Oven SHJE93-01 for Professional Cooking Applications

The electric frying cabinets type SHZHE9 belong to the category of professional kitchen equipment and are designed for cooking. Food can be baked, fried and stewed on baking trays and gastro containers. The cabinets can be placed in catering enterprises independently or as part of technological lines.

Cabinets are manufactured in climatic version UHL 4 GOST 15150 and degree of protection IP21 GOST 14254-2015. The cabinets have a collapsible design, which ensures their passage through doorways. The section consists of a roasting cabinet chamber, cladding, roof, door and base.

To reduce heat loss, the chamber is wrapped with thermal insulation and aluminium foil. Inside the oven there are upper and lower heating elements, rails and trays. The rails ensure that the trays are positioned at the required level.
