Electric Deep Vibrator with Built-in Motor and Inverter for Concrete Compaction

A handheld electric depth vibrator with built-in electric motor and built-in inverter is designed for compaction of concrete mixtures when laying them in monolithic structures with various degrees of reinforcement in hydraulic engineering construction, as well as in the manufacture of concrete and reinforced concrete products for prefabricated construction with a spacing between the reinforcement bars not less than 1.5 diameter of the vibrating arm. Vibrator series AK, consist of a vibrating arm and inverter (frequency converter of current and voltage), made in an aluminium case with a network wire, with a fixed on it device for electrical protective disconnection (RCD), designed for a nominal disconnecting differential current not more than 30 mA. The vibro-tip and the inverter are connected with each other by a rubber-metal sleeve.
