Electric Griddle Cooking Surface PJE90-P for Efficient Cooking

Surface frying electric contact processing type PZHE-90P, designed for cooking by direct contact of the heating surface with one side of the processed product. Grilling surfaces are used at catering enterprises both independently and as a part of technological lines. The frying surface is made in modular version, i.e.

it consists of an upper working module and a stand. The upper working module is a box-shaped construction on which the grilling surface is installed. The roasting surface is a rectangular steel structure with sides.

The frying surface is heated by electric heating elements, which are fixed on the thickened bottom of the frying surface and thermally insulated with basalt wool and protected by a casing. There is a chute with a hole on the frying surface to collect the residues of fat and oil. Through the holes in the trough oil residues are drained into a tub, and from the tub correspondingly.
