Description

The cooker on a stand, without a frying cabinet, is designed for heat treatment of products in the cookware in the kitchens of catering companies. The upper module, with 2 burners (heating elements of burners TENs), is installed on a stand. The burner power is regulated stepwise by setting the burner switches in position I, II, III, which corresponds to the burner heating modes: weak, medium, strong. The burner mounting points are universal, which allows, during operation, to install burners with heating elements in the form of heating elements or burners with spiral heating elements on the hob.
