Description

The products belong to the category of professional kitchen equipment and are intended for proofing of confectionery and small bakery products. The products are manufactured in climatic version "UHL4" according to GOST 15150 and protection degree IP21 according to GOST 14254. The product consists of a proofing chamber, lattice shelves, frame, panelling, doors, electrical equipment. The proofing chamber is made of stainless steel.

The doors are made of glass. SHRE106-01 - six lattice shelves, glass door, on legs, without a roof.
