Electric Sleeper Lifting Machine EShP10 for Efficient Railway Track Maintenance

Electroshpalooboboboyka ESHP10 is designed for continuous and single piling of sleepers in the repair and reconstruction of the upper structure of the railway track. It consists of an electric motor built into the housing, on the rotor shaft of which is located unbalanced vibrator of non-directional action, a frame with a handle, a switch and rubber-metal shock absorbers and a crushed stone bumper mounted on the housing.When the rotor with the unbalance rotor rotates, an unbalanced centrifugal force of inertia is generated, which leads the body and the whole sleeper bumper into a state of forced oscillations, which are transmitted to the bumper, which in turn transmits them to the ballast and thus the compaction and piling of crushed stone under the railway sleepers takes place. The electric sleeper bumper has amortisation elements, which allow limiting the impact of vibration on a person to a permissible level.
