Description
Sling VK-T(BG)- non-adjustable from fire-resistant cord - a component in the safety harness used to connect the waist belt of the harness with the anchor point or structure covering it as a means of support. It is used for welding, maintenance and repair work, work in close proximity to fire, sparks and molten metal splashes, at metallurgical plants, etc. In the zone of open flame the product withstands the effect of 800°C temperature for 5 seconds. The sling consists of a halyard (fire-resistant cord), at the ends of which the loops are force-fastened, with connecting elements (carabiners). Also the sling can be with a shock absorber, the presence of a shock absorber allows to compensate for traumatic dynamic loads on the worker when falling from a height.
