Description
Station tensioning (frame) is installed under the conveyor, in any place along its length, depending on the layout. The tensioning station (frame) is designed for automatic adjustment of the belt tensioning degree guaranteeing the absence of slippage on the drive drum. It consists of a welded metal frame with shelters, on which the tensioning device is installed. Design and dimensions of the tensioning (frame) station depend on the characteristics of the conveyor (belt width, productivity, transport speed, etc.) and the layout with other technological equipment and building structures.
