FRI type bag filters

Belt filters of FRI type are designed for highly efficient cleaning of dusty gases in various industries, which are not toxic, aggressive, fire and explosion hazardous. The capacity of the purified gas from 2880 to 155 140 m3/h. Purification efficiency up to 99,99%.

Temperature of purified gases up to 260C. Filters can be installed both indoors and outdoors. Cleaning of hoses - pulse blowing with compressed air.

Design features: with and without disconnection of sections for regeneration, hose length from 1 to 6 m.

The vacuum in filters of FRI type should be not more than 5000 Pa, and the maximum gas load is 1,6 m3/m2min. The mass concentration of captured substances at the inlet is 20 g/m3. The design of bag filters is protected by a number of patents of the Russian Federation.
