GAKS-F-2 Type Finishing Machines for Precision Pipeline Valve Repair

GAKS-F-2 type finishing machines are designed for repair of pipeline valves. The machines are used for finishing (lapping) of sealing surfaces of wedge gate valve bodies using abrasive paste. The machine can be equipped with a mounted control panel and a free-standing control panel. The abrasive paste is applied directly to the sealing surface of the valve body. The body to be machined is mounted with the main flange on the working plate of the machine and after centring on it is fixed with clamps. Installation of the lapping tool is carried out on the sealing surface of the valve body through the centre flange.
