Gas Fryer BPF 01 "Kapalua" for Efficient Cooking in Food Service

Fryer is designed for cooking various dishes in a large amount of hot oil or fat at catering and trade enterprises. The cold zone of the bowl prevents contamination of oil or fat with food particles. The model is equipped with gas leakage control system, piezoelectric ignition, ignition burner, operation and heating indicators, temperature regulator and limiter. A manifold for the exhaust gas outlet is included.
