Piston gas crosshead compressor 2GM2,5-0,2/50-55C on the opposition base 2M2,5 is used in industry, oil and gas, chemical, food and other industries for compression and movement of various gases. The complete compressor unit consists of a compressor, refrigerators (gas coolers), gas pipework, cooling and automation systems. The compressor is a piston crosshead machine with oppositely arranged cylinders. The compressor design is based on the normal range of machines adopted at Krasnodar Compressor Plant. For separation of liquid and oil particles there are cavities in coolers or moisture and oil separators, from where condensate and oil are removed by periodic blowing. A significant number of assemblies and parts are unified and interchangeable.
