Description
Closing gate valves for thermal power plants of subcritical and subcritical parameters of power units of large unit capacity serve as devices for hermetic shut-off of water and steam pipelines of main technological systems of plants operating on organic fuel. They can be used only for switching on or switching off the pipeline. Use of gate valves as regulating devices is not allowed. Operating characteristics, material of manufacture, type of connection, control body depend on technical requirements.
