Description

Reducer gear (hereinafter - RP) is intended for use as an independent assembly unit in the 5DRA unit, which is a part of the main ship power plant for operation on the propeller of adjustable pitch (hereinafter - APP). The RP has right and left rotation versions depending on the direction of rotation of the output flange. The RP is connected to the diesel engine by means of an elastic coupling, to the ship shafting through a compensating composite coupling VKM-145.

The transmitted power is 1850 kW (from diesel engine) and 100 kW (from EDMH), input shaft speed from diesel engine - 600 rpm and from EDMH - 985 rpm. Transmission ratio from diesel - 3.04, from EDMH - 12.26. Dry weight - 18450 kg.

Overall dimensions 2892x2992x2500 mm (gearbox transmission with EDMH on a common frame). Climatic execution OM5, no foreign components.
