Glass Breaking Table Jambo SRS-6020 for Enhanced Cutting Efficiency

The Jumbo Glass Breaking Table is designed for quality scrapping along cutting seams. It speeds up the cutting process and increases production optimisation by moving the cut glass out of the CNC glass cutting machine area, thus freeing up the cutting table for loading and cutting the next glass. The Jumbo Glass Breaking Table increases labour productivity by an average of 60 %, which consequently increases the profit of the company.

Constructional features Steel welded frame made of thick-walled profile pipes. Table top with 1 mm plane. The table is equipped with a pneumatic cushion.

The system is based on an industrial centrifugal fan specially developed by our company's designers. Special covering of the table is made of synthetic felt. The breaking system includes 3 rails (1 longitudinal, 2 transverse).

The drive is realised on pneumatic cylinders and pneumatic components from one of the leading manufacturers of pneumatic equipment Camozzi.
