Description
The HS-H8 half-slot adapter is a product of the GORIZONT optical transport platform. GORIZONT equipment is used in the unified telecommunication network of the Russian Federation as a receiving device for digital fibre-optic transmission lines. The GORIZONT equipment supports the technology of dense spectral channel densification (DWDM) and protocols of optical transport networks OTN. The HS-H8 half-slot adapter is designed to provide power supply and control from the HORIZONT crate (K10-H8 / K4-H8 / K1-H8) to two H4 plug-in units installed in it.
