Description
The SHRT-6-ESH cabinet is designed for proofing of small bakery and confectionery products at catering enterprises. The main mode of operation - proofing of the product at a temperature from 30 ° C to 85 ° C. Cabinets are used at catering enterprises both independently and as a part of technological line. They can be installed both separately and together with baking cabinets of ESh series produced by Elinox LLC.
