Heat-resistant fiberglass laminate Elifom - AN for Electrical Insulation

The material is a layered pressed dielectric made of glass electrical insulating fabric impregnated with a binder based on epoxy resins and hardeners, lined on both sides with copper galvanic foil. The thickness of the foil is at the customer's request. Glass-textolite is intended for manufacturing of printed circuit boards.

Glass transition temperature is plus 130C and plus 170C. Tolerances on dimensions of glass-textolite sheets according to GOST 26246.5; GOST 26246.11. Glass-textolite in the initial state should withstand the impact of temperature minus (60 +2)oC for a duration of (16 +0,5) h without separation of dielectric and foil bloating.
