Heavy-Duty Dough Mixer "PRIMA-600K" for Bakery and Confectionery Applications

The dough kneading machine is designed for industrial intensive operation at the enterprises of bakery and confectionery industry for kneading a wide range of yeast and yeast-free dough: for bakery products, with a low moisture content (lamb, dumpling), for the production of confectionery products (sugar, puff pastry, biscuits, galettes, gingerbread, etc.). Advantages: two Z-shaped moulded kneading organs rotating at different speeds towards each other ensure quality kneading; the bowl has a water jacket for cooling or heating the kneaded mixture. The control is simple and intuitive: display of current parameters and control of the technological process is performed by means of the Touch-Screen display. The machine frame, machine cladding, bowl cover, bowl are made of AISI 304 stainless steel, the kneading element is cast from cast stainless steel alloy. "Prima 600K" (version 01) is made with a frame of carbon steel.
