The base of the machine is high quality profile pipes manufactured by Severstal with cross sections of 80x40 and 60x60 mm. 220 mm radius bends of simulator frames are used to strengthen the structures. The thickness of the metal used in the simulator is from 2 to 8 mm.Colouring is made by high-temperature powder spraying.For upholstery is used vinyl-skin, and as a soft filler selected tight material with closed pores - secondary foamed polyurethane.Support elements have rubber feet with a diameter of 125 mm (thickness of rubber 20 mm), providing stability, traction with the floor and vibration absorption.
