Description
Heavy horizontal milling machining centre model STC H 140M (IR1400PMF4) with longitudinally-sliding portal column and cross-sliding rotary table of increased accuracy class with CNC is designed for machining of complex large-sized body and base parts made of ferrous and non-ferrous metals weighing up to 20 tons (up to 25 or 40 tons on request) in conditions of small-scale and serial production. The milling spindle is mounted in four SKF precision ball bearings and provides highly efficient roughing and finishing operations at speeds up to 2000 rpm. The 550x580 mm spindle unit front support is equipped with automatic clamps and hirts for automatic attachment of various attachments to the machine. The design of the guideway system based on precision roller bearings ensures long-lasting accuracy and high rigidity of the units during heavy-duty operation.
