Heavy Oval Makiwara for Martial Arts Training - 25x40x8 cm, Art. L22TP

Makiwara art. L22TP is designed for training in various types of martial arts and is a necessary equipment for practising the technique of single, serial and combination of blows in dynamics, as well as for developing the strength of blows with hands and feet. The makiwara has an oval shape. On the back side of the makiwara there are two handles made of 50 mm braid for holding the projectile. The handles are reinforced with natural leather for a comfortable grip. At the bottom of the makiwara there is a zip for access to the liner.
