Set GP-1: Antithrombin III, lyophilically dried - 2 vials; Factor Xa, lyophilically dried - 2 vials; Chromogenic substrate, lyophilically dried - 2 vials; Concentrated buffer (5.0 ml / fl.) - 2 vials; Calibrator plasmas, 3 levels of heparin activity, lyophilically dried (1.0 ml/fl.) - 3 vials; Control plasmas, 2 levels of heparin activity (1.0 ml/fl.) - 2 vials. Heparin activity in plasma-calibrators: level 0: 0 anti-Cha IU/ml; level 1: 0.4 - 0.6 anti-Cha IU/ml; level 2: 0.7 - 1.1 anti-Cha IU/ml.
