Description

- Maximum balanced machine with very robust construction.
The possibility of upgrading the operational control system (OCS) to a full Fanuc CNC system without additional installation work, by entering the service code.
Rigid cast iron bed, artificially aged to relieve internal stresses, ensures long term stability of the machine's geometric accuracy.
Wide prismatic and flat slideways, hardened to a depth of 1.5-2 mm to a hardness of 52HRC and ground, are highly wear-resistant.
The surfaces of the travelling units (carriage, tailstock) are scraped and coated with a special anti-friction coating for minimum wear and friction-free travelling.
All-metal spindle is assembled on high-precision angular-contact bearings (one twin in front and one in the rear), has reduced runout in axial and radial direction even under heavy cutting conditions.
