High-Pressure Cylinder Assembly for T-50 Turbine - Improve Efficiency and Reliability

Technical re-equipment of turbine T-50-130-1 consists in replacement of units and parts of the turbine, operating at high temperatures and exhausted resource, and includes the following types of works:
- replacement of the complete CVD;
- replacement of the blistered rotor of the turbine complete with GMN;
- replacement of the turbine control valve cam-valve distributor;
- replacement of control and stop valves;
- replacement of the front bearing assembly with the corresponding base frame and the support bearing shell (rear bearing of the VDC);
- replacement of the turbine pipework to the extent necessary to install the new supplied Equipment to replace the dismantled Equipment;
- replacement of turbine cladding.
