High-Speed Roll Wrapper SW 120 for Efficient Packaging of Grass Rolls

The equipment is designed for high-speed packaging of grass mass in rolls in specialised film. The principle of operation is based on moving the bale from front to back of the packer with simultaneous packing into the film. The bale is loaded from the front onto the packer frame.

The pusher starts the movement from front to back, pushing the bale along the packer. The bale rests on the previous bale and moves with it relative to the packer. As the previously packed bales are on the ground (outside the packer) and have a mass greater than that of the packer, the packer is pushed away from the bales, moving forwards.

This saves up to 60 per cent of the packaging film compared to an individual bale wrapper.
