Description

Diffusion high-vacuum pump ND-400P is designed for pumping out of hermetic volumes of air, gases, vapours and vapour-gas mixtures not aggressive to materials of construction and working fluid of the pump and not containing dripping moisture and mechanical contaminants. The ND-400P diffusion high-vacuum pump is used in conjunction with a forevacuum pump, the speed of action of the forevacuum pump is not less than 101m3/h. Type of climatic execution UHL4, the pump is not designed for operation in fire-explosive production facilities. Flange type according to USSR industry standard
