High Vacuum Turbo Molecular System KVT-050 for Advanced Vacuum Applications

The composition of the complex KVT-050 - high-vacuum hybrid turbomolecular pump VGTN-050; frequency converter; set of mounting parts. High-vacuum hybrid turbomolecular pump VGTN-050 is designed for obtaining high vacuum in various vacuum-technological installations for industrial and research purposes. Frequency converter (FC) of rotation - is designed to control three-phase high-speed asynchronous electric motor of the pump VGTN-050 and to monitor the main parameters ensuring the pump operation. The IF provides acceleration, speed control and braking of the electric motor rotor in operation modes without speed sensor. A set of mounting parts connects the FC with the electric motor, with the temperature sensor, provides power supply to the blower fan.
