High Voltage Circuit Breaker Monitoring Device PKV/M7 for Non-Destructive Testing

Programme-hardware complex is designed to determine by methods of non-destructive diagnostics of technical condition of high-voltage circuit breakers, both domestic and foreign production (ABB, AREVA, ALSTOM, SIEMENS, etc.), as well as isolators and short-circuit breakers.

The device allows simultaneous measurement of time, stroke and speed parameters of moving parts, measurement of time to closing/opening of controlled contacts and registration of instantaneous values of currents and voltages of control electromagnets.

High accuracy of time (±0.1 ms), stroke and speed characteristics is ensured by digital angular and linear encoders with resolution of 0.09° and 0.5 mm.

The device is equipped with a power commutator for controlling the drives of switching devices, both DC and AC and allows you to perform both simple operations and complex cycles, including resource tests..
