High Voltage Circuit Breaker Monitoring Device PKV/U3.0 for Reliable Diagnostics

The software and hardware complex is designed to determine by methods of non-destructive diagnostics of the technical condition of high voltage circuit breakers, high voltage circuit breakers, both domestic and foreign (ABB, AREVA, ALSTOM, SIEMENS, etc.), as well as isolators and short-circuit breakers. The device allows simultaneous measurement of time, stroke and speed parameters of moving parts, measurement of time to closing/opening of controlled contacts and registration of instantaneous values of currents and voltages of control electromagnets. The device allows to carry out control simultaneously on three phases, thanks to the possibility of retrofitting the device with additional movement sensors, which saves time for diagnostics, because it will take only 1 operation B / O instead of 3. The results of object diagnostics are displayed in the form of a table with measured and calculated parameters for each operation.
