High Voltage Circuit Breaker Testing Device PKV/U3.0 for Accurate Measurements

PKV/U3 is designed to measure the characteristics of gas-insulated, oil-insulated, air-insulated, electromagnetic and vacuum high-voltage circuit breakers, both domestic and foreign (ABB, AREVA, ALSTOM, SIEMENS, etc.), as well as isolators and short-circuit breakers.

The device allows simultaneous measurement of time, stroke and speed parameters of moving parts, measurement of time to closing/opening of controlled contacts and registration of instantaneous values of currents and voltages of control electromagnets.

The device is available in two modifications PKV/U3.0 and PKV/U3.1, which differ in a number of parameters. For example, the PCV/U3.0 modification allows simultaneous monitoring of three phases, thanks to the possibility of retrofitting the device with additional displacement sensors, which saves time for diagnostics, because only 1 I/O operation is required instead of 3.
