High-Voltage Multilevel Frequency Converter for Performance Regulation in Industries

High-voltage multilevel frequency converters of the VFVM series are an excellent solution for frequency control of machinery performance in oil and gas, generating, mining and housing and utilities industries. VFVMs can be successfully used in all types of drives: pumps, fans, compressors, mills, etc. The inbuilt intelligent PID process controller increases the efficiency of the application, providing reduced energy and maintenance costs. The VFDs are built on the topology of a multilevel voltage inverter with an input multiwinding transformer. Multilevel inverter provides creation of practically sinusoidal voltage at the output with arbitrary control law U/f that allows to create nominal torque on the motor at any speed of rotation in the frequency range from 0,1 to 120 Hz and to exclude torque pulsation on the motor shaft.
