ILIST-XL direct laser growing machine

It is used by high-precision industrial robot. Two-axis tilt-rotary positioner with load capacity up to500kg. Growing products with diameter up to2100mm, height up to1000mm and weight up to400kg.

Raw material-metallic powders of weldable steels and alloys of 40-200?m fraction. Continuous powder feeding, error not more than +/-0.3 g/min. Up to 24 hours of operation without powder refilling, possibility to produce bimetallic and gradient blanks.

The width of the roll can be set in the range from 1 to 3 mm. A set of interchangeable powder nozzles provides CMM at 60-80%. Processing with "horizontal beam" is possible.

Built on the basis of a fibre laser with power up to 6 kW, no macro-defects at production rates up to 1.5 kg/h (on alloys with density ~8 g/cm3). The unit is equipped with a hermetically sealed cabin, in which a protective atmosphere of argon with oxygen content not exceeding 500 ppm is created.
