Description
Vacuum circuit breakers of series VBU-35 are intended for switching of electric circuits of alternating current with nominal voltage 35 kV and frequency 50(60) Hz at normal and emergency modes of operation in systems with isolated neutral. VBU-35 - switches of internal installation, specially designed for application at metallurgical enterprises. They are characterised by increased switching life for this voltage class. Design features Switches VBU-35 are switching devices, three poles of which are mounted on a common frame and controlled by an electromagnetic actuator installed inside the frame. The vacuum chamber is enclosed in a housing made of epoxy compound.
