Induction Electric Stove ICD9 - 2 PRO+ for Professional Cooking Applications

The electric induction cooker ICD9 - 2 PRO+ tabletop is designed for heat treatment of semi-finished products in functional containers specially designed for induction cookers (boiling, frying, stewing and passivation) at catering companies. The cooker is table-top. There is a thermometer with feeler gauge.

Induction hob has a control system on the front panel of the hob. It has 2 burners with a power consumption of 3.5 kW. The size of the working surface (glass-ceramic) 380x380mm.

The thickness of the working surface is 6 mm. Levels of manual power regulation from 1 to 9. Temperature regulation levels 40÷240.

Permissible maximum distributed load on the burner 40kg. Number of grease filters-2pcs. It has a function of checking the suitability of the cookware used.

Use cookware specially designed for induction hobs, which has a bottom base with a diameter of no less than 12 and no more than 26 cm. The boiling time for 1 litre of water is approximately 2 minutes.
