Induction Heating Technology Complex KIT for Hardening Metal Components

Komplex induction technological KIT hardening is designed for heat treatment of metal parts by induction heating with high frequency currents (HFC), such as hardening, annealing, tempering, including hardening of gear teeth up to 300 mm in diameter and shafts up to 100 mm in diameter, through heating of small-sized workpieces for forging and stamping operations.
Depending on the required parameters, complexes with output power up to 10, 25, 60, 100, 120 kW are available for delivery.
The complex can be used in technological processes of machine building and transport enterprises, in tool industry.
